The Firm

LEXPLANNING is a law firm which aims to advise a private foreign clientele, both French and English speaking, with economic interests in Spanish territory.

Specialized in cross-border private matters, it guides you through all your tax and asset management law issues, both in a Spanish and international context.

Marie Larivière founded the firm in November 2014, after having practiced for more than ten years, first as a legal advisor and then as a lawyer, in business law firms in Madrid. Used to a clientele, ranging from private wealth management banks to international Family Offices, she also advises individuals who wish to invest in Spain or who inherit properties located there.

Thanks to her experience, Marie Larivière has acquired particular expertise in international tax matters, enabling her to meet the needs of a mobile clientele with assets located in several States.

Her knowledge of the banking environment also enables her to work in partnership with her clients’ private bankers.
